Year 6 Varmints Protests!

Year 6 are studying the book 'Varmints' - a story of a creature whose peaceful and idyllic natural environment is destroyed by the emergence of a bleak high-rise city. As part of their work, the children imagined themselves as the inhabitants, and staged a protest against the destruction of their habitat. This thought-provoking work has helped our children to further understand the unique and special nature of our environment and how we need to protect it.
