In Reception, children have been expressing their creativity during free-flow learning time using apps such as Toca Hair Salon. In this photo, a child has designed and coloured the hairstyle of a model, and then saved a copy of it to the iPad photo library.

Basics of Digital Photography - Year 1

In Year 1, students learn to use the iPad camera to capture photos and videos, developing basic skills like focusing, framing, and understanding the camera app's functions. They explore how to take clear images, switch between photo and video modes, and use features like zoom.

Creating Presentations in Keynote - Year 3

In Year 3, children have been using Keynote as an exciting step to harness the software for more dynamic presentations, blending creativity with structured communication. They explored features like slide transitions, animations, and multimedia integration, enabling them to craft visually engaging projects that enhance their storytelling skills.

Producing Podcasts in Garageband - Year 5

In Year 5, children have been learning how to write, rehearse record and edit a podcast using GarageBand. This included adding background music and editing to ensure there wasn’t any ‘dead‘ air.
