Turner in Year 2

Year 2 have been learning about Turner. They examined his landscape paintings and talked about how he used different techniques such as blending, dabbling and layering to create expressive skies in his paintings. Just like Turner, they used observation to draw what they could see from their classroom, and here you can see them using watercolours to paint their pictures. Look at their careful brush control!
