Reception Ducklings

This half term, Reception are very excited to learn about the life cycle of a duck by observing duck eggs hatching in our classroom. The duck eggs are currently in an incubator which keeps them warm and safe until they are ready to hatch into fluffy ducklings. Once the ducklings have hatched, we will be able to spend time observing their behaviours and looking after them. We hope that next week we will be able to hold them carefully and introduce them to water for their very first swim.
